WE OFFER RETURNS ON FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. WE DO NOT COVER DELIVERY FEES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

RETURN/EXCHANGE SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1. THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED HAS CHANGED CONDITION SINCE DELIVERY AND AFFECTS SECOND SALE.

2. THE PRODUCT TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED OR THE OUTER PACKAGING IS MISSING.

3. THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN, WASHED, CHANGED IN ANY WAY, ETC.

4. THE CLOTHES ARE STAINED WITH COSMETICS OF ANY KIND SUCH AS LIPSTICK, FOUNDATION, ETC. OR IF THERE IS A STAINED SCENT SUCH AS PERFUME, ALCOHOL, PETS, ETC.

5. THE PRODUCT IS LOST OR DAMAGED DUE TO INCOMPLETE PACKAGING OR SHIPPING COMPANY.
